The Stories Workshop is an entertaining and enlightening learning experience that will enhance your team’s listening and communication skills – boosting performance of each employee and the entire organization. Nationally known singer-songwriter Michael Kelly Blanchard, provides the inspiration for stories set to music as a thread throughout the sessions. David Blauw, MS, M.Div. is a board-certified chaplain who serves as Director of Pastoral Care at Holland Community Hospital in Michigan. He engages participants in building and exchanging stories of their own. This combination of presentation and interaction allows participants to embrace and apply useful tools for effective listening and communication. Work teams are strengthened and real skills can be applied to work with clients or patients immediately.
